Sergal Foam Headbase

Looking to make a fursuit but don't know where to start? Try one of our cast foam headbases! These bases are cast in soft Smooth On FOAM-iT 3 for a light and airy base that's easy to carve or modify. Our hoofer base is the perfect option for a toony Sergal design. Pick up a pair of 3D printed eyeblanks and Sublimated Eyes to complete the base and make it even easier to use.

Bases are sold as A Grade or B Grade but only A Grades may be ordered as precarved for an extra fee as they do not require extra work before carving.

A Grade: May come with small bubbles in eyes or around mouth this is not considered an imperfection as this is an area that will have excess foam removed anyways.

B Grade: Has larger holes or small divots on the surface that may need to be filled with scrap foam before it can be properly furred such as on the cheeks, nose, and forehead.
